1. How to find and buy an item?

To carry out a search on our site, select from the categories: bermuda shorts, down jackets, accessories. Discover our range of products using the fall down menu.
Following this you can refine your search using the research filters.

Click on the photo or the name of the item that you are interested in to access its detailed product page.

The product page informs you of the item’s details before adding it to your Basket.
The section to the right of the photo is a short description of the item. It contains information about the characteristics, materials and the price. Under the photo you will find a more detailed description of the item. You can enlarge the picture by clicking on it.
From the product page, you can add an item to your basket and make your purchase from there. Once you’ve read about our varieties and our sizes, choose your size and colour, then click on BUY or ADD TO BASKET.

You can check and modify the content of your basket by clicking on SEE THE BASKET. Then, you can continue looking or confirm your order by accessing the payment pages.

NB: Whilst your basket is not confirmed, the item that you have added to it is not set aside. To do this, you must confirm your order.

1. Which payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept bankcards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and PayPal payments.

On the Internet, when the secure part of a website is shown, one of the following icons shows up right at the bottom right-hand corner of your window: and the “http” of the URL address changes to “https”.

When you pay by bankcard or American Express card, you provide: the card number, its expiry date and its cryptogram. This satisfies the first approval.

To ensure that your payment is secure, we use the SEC (secure e-commerce). The system will contact the bank that is associated with your card. You will then receive a text message with an authentication code for your purchase. Following the confirmation from the bank, the debit will be carried out. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.


2. To which countries do you deliver?

Be-store delivers to countries in the European Union: Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, France, UK, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden, Italy.


3. Which couriers do you use?

We offer you different couriers: Colissimo (La poste), Chronopost and DHL.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.


4. What are the delivery costs and times?

Orders are processed and expedited on working days.

Standard : between 2 and 6 working days
Express : between 1 and 2 working days

> Delivery costs:
When you place your order, you will need to choose a shipping option. The total shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the ordering process before the order is finalised. The shipping costs vary depending on which shipping method you choose and the country to which it is being delivered.

> Standard delivery:
France: from 8€ to 12€ using Colissimo
International (EU): from 14€ to 32€ using Colissimo

> Express delivery:
France: DHL from 11€ to 12€ / Chronopost from 22€ to 24€
International (EU): DHL from 19€ to 41€ / Chronopost from 32,50 € to 106€

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with its tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.


5. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the scheduled timeframe, first, please check the status of your order. Then contact customer services.



1. Under what conditions can I return an item?

You have 14 working days following the date of delivery to return your items. The item must be sent back in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Otherwise, Be-store will not be able to accept the returned items.


2. How do I return an item?

To return an item, you firstly need to put in a request. Log into your account, access the order in question and follow this procedure:

  • Make a return request choosing the item or items that you would like to return, the reason for the return and any comments that you may have
  • Once the return request has been accepted by Be-store customer services, you will receive an email containing the return number. This email needs to be put in your return parcel.
  • Print the return slip
  • Put it in the parcel
  • Return your item in its original packaging with its label.
  • Post the parcel as indicated on the return slip.


If you would like to proceed with an exchange, the item you have requested has to be the same as the one that you returned, in a different size or colour.

If you would like to exchange your item for a completely different product, you will need to ask for a refund and place a new order.

1. How to request a refund?

Follow the same procedure as returning an item.
Once we receive your parcel, we will process it as quickly as possible.
After your return has been confirmed, the reimbursement will take up to 15 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been made.

Be-store carry out refunds through the same method of payment that the order was placed with, the funds that you paid to them. However, Be-shorts reserves the right to reimburse you via another means of payment, different to the one that you used to place your order.


2. Can I exchange an item that I purchased online in a shop?

Yes, you can exchange an item bought in a Be-Store shop. As with any other exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and with its invoice.

NB: items purchased in store can only be returned or exchanged in a Be-store shop.



1. What size am I?

Be-store offers a large range of bermuda shorts. However, it is necessary for you to check that the Be-store measurements correspond to your size.

If you know your size, here are a few tips to measure yourself:
To measure yourself, take the measurements while standing up, legs together with a flexible tape measure and look at the corresponding size guide.

> The chest measurement is measured horizontally at the widest point.
> The waist measurement is found at the dips of the waist.
> The hip measurement is found at the widest point, usually at the height of your glutes.
> To measure the inside leg length, stand tall and get someone to help you measure from the highest point inside your thigh to your feet.


2. If my measurements correspond to two sizes, which one should I choose?


> If your measurements correspond to multiple sizes, follow the hip measurement.

 if you want the item of clothing to be very fitted, order a size down,
 or if you would like it to be looser, order a size up.


> If the chest and hip measurements correspond to two different suggested sizes, you need to choose the size that corresponds to your chest measurement
