Returning an item

Under what conditions can I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days working days of its delivery. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the return is not carried out within this period, or the item has been worn or damaged, or it is not in its original packaging, Be-shorts cannot accept the returned items.

Returned items will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.

I want to return an item, what do I need to do?

If you would like to exchange an item, the requested item must be the same as the item that was returned, but in a different size or colour.


If you wish to exchange it for a different product, you will need to ask for a refund and place a new order.

What is the deadline for returning items?

The maximum amount of time between delivery and return is 14 working days.

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In the case of a refund, when will it be made?

Be-shorts has no control over the transit time of your parcel. Once we receive your parcel, we will process it as soon as possible. Thus, you need to expect a minimum of 14 days for the reception and processing of your parcel.

Once we have received and approved your returned parcel, a reimbursement will made within 15 working days, and you will receive an email confirming it. However your bank can take more time to process the refund and to credit your account.

Be-shorts reimburses using the same method of payment that was used at the time of purchase, the funds that you transferred to them. However, Be-shorts reserves the right to reimburse you using another form of payment, different to the one that you used when placing your order.

My return has been refused, why?

Your return could have been refused for two reasons:

  • Late return (over 14 working days)
  • The items did not meet the returns criteria because items need to be returned in their original condition with original packaging.


Damaged, worn, or dirtied items are not taken back.

Can I exchange an item bought online in a shop?

Yes, you can exchange an item bought in a Be-Shorts shop. As with any other exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and with its invoice.

NB: items purchased in store can only be returned or exchanged in a Be-shorts shop
